Dama A. Riles

Dama Anita Riles has been what one would define as a “leadership pioneer” for many years. Doing things on an “upswing” and in an unconventional and unique way has branded her as a creative forward thinker.
Admittedly, a few years ago, Dama began seeing faith, community and leadership differently. This pivotal moment in her spiritual and vocational journey did not occur until she realized her true purpose. Dama had been chosen to use her life as a “pulpit”. She says of this realization: “When I envisaged that my “life work” did not have to look like anything I’ve seen before, for the first time in a long time, I felt free. My life’s work has the right to be unique and different.”

In April of 2007, Dama launched the Invisible Company, Inc. It is a unique community of individuals on a spiritual journey, whose main purpose is to influence the existing culture, by blending seamlessly the ministry of Jesus Christ into everyday life. The concept promotes social entrepreneurship and community change by using unique and innovative methods, laced with biblical lifestyle principles to establish a positive and healthy community. Dama teaches the importance of “using your life”, wherever you are.
